After-Sales Service Policy

None of the provisions in this document shall exclude or limit consumers’ statutory rights, nor shall they reduce or exempt Shandong Moncee Sensor Co., Ltd. from its liabilities toward consumers. Where applicable laws or regulations impose additional requirements, such provisions shall prevail to the extent permitted by law. If any clause of this warranty is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses shall remain unaffected.

The warranties set forth herein constitute our entire warranty regarding the product and supersede all other warranties or conditions, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties or conditions of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.


1. Scope of Policy

(1) This after-sales service policy applies exclusively to Shandong Moncee products purchased through official sales channels.

(2) For products sold via third-party platforms authorized by Shandong Moncee Sensor Co., Ltd., only in-warranty repair services are provided directly by Moncee. Requests for returns or exchanges must be directed to the respective seller/platform where the purchase was made.

(3) This service policy applies solely to Shandong Moncee products purchased for personal, direct use and does not cover products acquired for resale purposes.


2. Return and Exchange Policy

A return may be requested if any of the following conditions is met:

✓ 7-Day No-Reason Return: Within 7 calendar days from the date the customer receives the product, the item must retain its original condition, functionality, and include all original components—such as packaging, accessories, promotional gifts (if any), user manuals, labels, and trademarks—in complete and undamaged form, with no signs of human-induced damage, and must remain suitable for resale.

✓ Return Due to Quality Issues: Within 7 calendar days from the date the customer receives the product, the item exhibits a performance failure not caused by human misuse or damage.

✓ Other Circumstances: As required by applicable laws, agreed upon with the customer, acknowledged by Shandong Moncee, or otherwise specified in this policy.


A replacement may be requested if any of the following conditions is met:

✓ Replacement Due to Quality Issues: Within 15 calendar days from the date the customer receives the product, the item exhibits a performance failure not caused by human misuse or damage.

✓ Other Circumstances: As required by applicable laws, agreed upon with the customer, acknowledged by Shandong Moncee, or otherwise specified in this policy.


Returns or replacements will not be accepted under the following circumstances:

✗ The product is beyond the applicable return or replacement period.

✗ The item was not sold by Shandong Moncee, or the customer cannot provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice), or such documentation has been forged or altered.

✗ The product’s appearance or functionality fails to meet return/exchange standards—this includes incomplete returns (missing any of the following: the product itself, original packaging, accessories, promotional gifts, user manuals, trademarks/labels, invoices, or other required documents), visible damage caused by the user, or incomplete or damaged replacement items due to user handling.

✗ Unauthorized repairs, modifications, tampering, removal or alteration of mandatory certification marks, labels, serial numbers, waterproof indicators, anti-counterfeit seals, or packaging have occurred.

✗ The product shows irreversible signs of use on its exterior, or contains usage data such as activated licenses, personalized settings, or other unreasonable traces of personal use.

✗ Damage resulted from impacts or destruction not attributable to inherent product defects, including but not limited to unauthorized modifications, ingress of foreign substances (e.g., water, oil, sand), improper installation, or failure to follow instructions in the user manual.

✗ Product damage or malfunction caused by force majeure events, such as fire, flood, lightning strike, traffic accidents, or other unforeseeable and unavoidable circumstances.

✗ Damage occurring during return or replacement shipping due to handling or transit, where the customer fails to provide official cargo damage documentation issued by the carrier.

✗ Products explicitly confirmed by the customer at the time of purchase as non-returnable/non-exchangeable (e.g., virtual goods).

✗ Products verified by Shandong Moncee’s technical department as free of quality issues or failing to meet return/exchange criteria.

✗ After receiving confirmation from Shandong Moncee regarding return/replacement eligibility, the customer fails to ship the item within 7 calendar days or within any alternative timeframe communicated by Shandong Moncee.

✗ Other situations stipulated by applicable laws or described elsewhere in this policy.



3. Warranty Policy

(1) Requesting Warranty Service  

If a performance failure not caused by human misuse occurs during the valid warranty period, you may apply for warranty service by presenting valid warranty documentation. For specific warranty durations of major components, please refer to the “Warranty Period Table for Major Components.”  

The warranty period for this product begins on the day after you receive the goods. If you cannot provide valid proof of purchase (e.g., an invoice), the warranty start date will be calculated as 90 days after the product’s factory manufacturing date, unless otherwise specified by Shandong Moncee.  

If the final day of the warranty period falls on a public holiday or legal non-working day, the warranty will expire on the next working day.


(2) Accepted Warranty Documentation  

Shandong Moncee warrants that, under normal use, your purchased Shandong Moncee product is free from defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period. To claim warranty service, you must provide valid proof of purchase (either a physical or electronic invoice).

Free warranty service is available only if all the following conditions are met:  

✓ The product is used normally within the specified warranty period and exhibits a non-human-induced performance failure;  

✓ The product has not been opened, disassembled, modified, or upgraded without authorization or contrary to official instructions;  

✓ Valid proof of purchase, including order number or invoice, is provided.


(3) What Is Not Covered by This Warranty  

This warranty does not apply to any non-Shandong Moncee branded hardware products—even if packaged or sold together with Shandong Moncee hardware, regardless of whether they bear Shandong Moncee branding.  

Shandong Moncee does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of its products. Shandong Moncee shall not be liable for damage resulting from failure to follow product usage instructions, nor for any data loss or corruption associated with product use.

Free repair service will not be provided under any of the following circumstances. In such cases, you may still obtain authorized repair service from Shandong Moncee upon payment of applicable fees:

✗ The product is beyond the warranty period;  

✗ Damage results from unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or opening of the device;  

✗ Damage caused by customer-installed components, DIY assembly, or self-repairs performed without official guidance;  

✗ Consumable parts that naturally degrade over time, such as batteries or protective films;  

✗ Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or broken plastic around ports;  

✗ Damage caused by third-party components or accessories;  

✗ Product malfunction or damage due to accidents or human causes (including but not limited to liquid ingress, cracking from impact, drops, burnt circuit boards, or damaged functional components);  

✗ Damage caused by force majeure events (e.g., earthquakes, fires, lightning strikes, power surges);  

✗ Damage resulting from improper installation, usage, or operation contrary to the user manual—including water ingress;  

✗ Damage caused by service, upgrades, or modifications performed by anyone other than an authorized Shandong Moncee representative;  

✗ Defects arising from normal wear and tear or natural aging of the product;  

✗ Damage due to unauthorized circuit modifications or improper pairing of battery packs/chargers not recommended in official documentation;  

✗ Any Shandong Moncee product with a removed, altered, or illegible serial number;  

✗ You are unable to disable security measures (e.g., activation locks) designed to prevent unauthorized use, and cannot prove authorized ownership (e.g., via purchase documentation);  

✗ When the product is near the end of its warranty period, and after contacting Shandong Moncee to confirm eligibility, you fail to return the item within 7 calendar days or within any alternative timeframe communicated by Shandong Moncee.


(4) Fee Policy  

Shandong Moncee will inspect all returned products. If the inspection confirms a non-human-induced performance failure within the warranty period, Shandong Moncee will cover all repair costs and round-trip shipping fees.

If the product does not qualify for free repair, Shandong Moncee will charge applicable fees—including inspection, parts replacement, labor, and return shipping—and you may choose either to proceed with paid repair or have the original unit returned unmodified.


(5) Repair Quality Commitment  

1) Within the warranty scope, if a full unit replacement (excluding accessories) is performed, the new unit’s warranty period will be recalculated according to China’s “Three Guarantees” (Sanbao) regulations.  

2) If only a component is replaced:  

 – The main unit retains its original warranty period. If the remaining warranty is less than 90 days, it will be extended to 90 days.  

 – The replaced component will be covered for the longer of: (a) the remainder of the main unit’s original warranty, or (b) 90 days.  

3) Components or accessories replaced outside the warranty period are covered by a limited 90-day warranty.


4. Product and Component Replacement Policy

(1) Replacement products or components provided by Shandong Moncee may not be brand new, but they will be fully functional and at least equivalent in performance to the items being replaced. Such replacements will be covered under warranty for the remainder of the original product’s warranty period.

(2) Shandong Moncee will, based on the specific nature of the fault, either repair or replace your product. Shandong Moncee reserves the right to retain replaced parts or products as its property to help maintain lower service costs. The newly installed replacement parts will become your property. However, if applicable law requires Shandong Moncee to return the replaced parts to you, you agree to pay Shandong Moncee the full cost of the repair or replacement.


5. Shandong Moncee’s Resolution Process

(1) When contacting Shandong Moncee’s after-sales service, please provide a detailed description of the issue with your product.

(2) Shandong Moncee’s technical support staff will attempt to diagnose and resolve your issue via phone, email, or remote assistance. They may also guide you through downloading and installing specific software or updates. If the issue cannot be resolved remotely after consultation with technical support, you will be required to return the product to Shandong Moncee for further inspection.


6. Limitation of Liability

Shandong Moncee assumes responsibility for loss or damage to your product only under the following circumstances:  

The product has been formally delivered to and is in the physical possession of Shandong Moncee; or  

Shandong Moncee has arranged and assumed responsibility for the product’s transportation.

Shandong Moncee is not liable for any loss, corruption, or unauthorized disclosure of data stored on or associated with the product.

Under no circumstances—regardless of whether any provision herein fails of its essential purpose, and irrespective of whether claims are based on contract, warranty, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory—shall Shandong Moncee, its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, or service providers be liable for:

(1) Claims asserted against you by any third party;  

(2) Loss, damage, or disclosure of your data;  

(3) Special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business revenue, business opportunities, goodwill, reputation, or anticipated savings.

Regardless of the cause of such damages, the total liability of Shandong Moncee and its affiliates, suppliers, distributors, or service providers shall be strictly limited to your direct, actual losses and shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product.

The above limitations do not apply to liabilities that Shandong Moncee is legally required to bear for personal injury (including death) or damage to real property and tangible personal property—except where such injury or damage results from acts or omissions not attributable to Shandong Moncee.


7. Additional Notes

(1) Products purchased in different countries or regions may be subject to variations in return, replacement, and warranty services due to regional product differences. Shandong Moncee may not offer after-sales service in certain regions, and services beyond the standard scope may incur additional fees. For specific details, please contact Shandong Moncee’s after-sales service team.

(2) Due to differences in product versions, global warranty coverage is not supported. Warranty service is only available at authorized Shandong Moncee service centers within the designated region of purchase. If you request service at an authorized center outside your purchase region, Shandong Moncee will handle your request on a case-by-case basis depending on local parts availability, and only paid (non-warranty) service may be provided.

(3) If you choose to return your product across countries or regions, you are solely responsible for all associated costs, including but not limited to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees.
